FAQ

  • Who do you work with?
We partner with leaders of startups/emerging and growing companies (small to mid-sized) who are dedicated to building or enhancing an inclusive, resilient workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Our clients recognize DEI as essential for their business growth or are actively seeking solutions to create and sustain an inclusive workforce. • Which behavioral insights tools to you use?
In my coaching sessions with individuals and teams I start with the DISC and Motivators insight tool. These insights are crucial to collaborate effectively and foster success by: Identifying Strengths and Stressors: Enhance performance and address obstacles by understanding your core strengths and stressors, and how you view change. Clarifying Personal Motivators: Promote fulfillment and purpose by aligning actions with what truly drives you. Improving Communication Skills: Foster courageous conversations and enhance your ability to communicate effectively. Supporting Goal Setting and Leadership Development: Aid in setting goals, developing leadership skills, building effective teams, and making sound decisions. Enhancing Self-Awareness: Develop self-awareness to boost empathy and collaboration. Identifying Skill Gaps: Pinpoint areas for improvement and focus on skill development. You can learn more about DISC and Motivators here: Leveraging my network of partners, I can bring in other insights tools, such as adaptability (AQai) and emotional intelligence (EQ-i).

Focus not on the cost, but on the transformative return on your investment. You're ready to get your hands dirty: The engagement requires action. It’s not passive; it’s a commitment to rolling up your sleeves and doing the work alongside your trusted coach/consultant. You're ready to set excuses aside: Excuses waste time and money. Embrace accountability and focus on results, not reasons. You plan to stay the course: This is a journey, not a quick fix. Success takes time and persistence, so be prepared for the long haul. You're prepared to take risks: Growth happens outside your comfort zone. Embrace discomfort and take bold steps for real change.
