💡 The Solution

Our coaching engagement began with a deep-dive into self-awareness using the DISC & Motivators assessment. From there, we moved into a personalized coaching experience that included:

  • A DISC and Motivators assessment with a 90-minute debrief to uncover behavioral styles, motivators, and key growth opportunities.

  • 10 one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the leader’s evolving needs and professional context.

  • On-demand email support between sessions to provide accountability and timely feedback.

Throughout the engagement, we focused on:
