  • A comprehensive team report highlighting collective strengths, gaps, and motivational alignment.

  • A 4-hour interactive Zoom workshop with tailored content, case studies, and live group activities to:

    • Explore behavioral styles (DISC) and communication preferences

    • Identify top motivators and potential points of alignment and tension

    • Practice adapting communication using real-world scenarios

    • Post-workshop resources: A custom team summary, deeper insights into the assessments, and practical strategies for gaining senior leader buy-in
